Or if there is a winery near you, they normally have 55lb bags of citric acid and tartaric acid. Tartaric acid being natural grape acid. Cream of Tartar is alkaline so this may have raised the alkalinity of your home made mix. Anyway, still a great article. Great article! Just one small thing. (grin). As far as the dosages, there is no way I can pretend to know what another person's body or Self will respond to. People come in all different sizes, weights, belief systems, and desires. Focused Breathing on the other hand, is something that I highly recommend as a self-determined tool that works wonders. It enhances all modalities, whether allopathic or natural. When I took the baking soda I took what it took to raise my pH. And, as you read, I was hoping it would take it above 8 or 8.2, which it did. And then I was hoping after holding it above that criteria for 4 or 5 days that that would work. According to the follow up xrays for bone cancer, it did! And you probably also noticed that I listened to my body talking to me. It rebelled when I started taking 3 tsps twice a day. But the biggest hope I had was when I felt that my body was 'breathing on its own.'
