1:00am in the morning. Yes in the morning almost 23 hours ago. What did I do? I checked URINE pH. Both the Stick and the Paper measured above 8.5 pH.

7:00am Saliva checking time. The Stick showed between 7.25 and 7.5. The Paper Strip read at 7.4.

7:30am Urine check again. pH on the Stick and the Paper above 8.5.

8:30am Baking soda 2 teaspoons added to 1 cup of heated water. When clear, I stirred in 1 teaspoon molasses. Sit and cool and Drink!

A helpful hint with molasses. When storing the bottle put a plastic lid under it. Something like a yogurt container top. Molasses gets gooey.

Right now I am readying mySelf to go to water aerobics and then to Mark’s to work o a video on “How to make a baking soda molasses cancer protocol solution.” Mark and I logged in some nice amount of hours getting the video YouTube ready. Ran ito a few snags that Mark outmanueverd. We got it done, and here it is:

Fast Tube by Casper

That was the video and also my 4:00pm baking soda solution. The clock above the stove showed when I drank it (grin).

I was pretty much on the go all day. All this running around, doing water aerobics, shopping for an alkaline watermelon, and my first ever YouTube Video making was a day. Although the video was good experience and fun, I have to admit I really like the exercise in water aerobics. Those water body movements feel good. I am going to take a begger look at exercise and its effects on cancer. My personal experience seems to indicate that it is important.

10:45pm Saliva pH check again. Stick read between 7.0 and 7.25. The Paper Strip reading came in between 7.0 and 7.2. Urine reading will be soon.

11:30pm Drank another cup of solution. 2 teaspoons baking soda and 1 teaspoon molaasses, mixed in 1 cup of warm water. See video for how to.

11:50pm Urine pH reading on the Stick was above 8.5.  Good night!

    Hi Vern:

Here is a comment that I left on your Blog from yesterday. I didn’t realize that you posted your Video along with Today’s blog. It still states my exact sentiments and thoughts. . .

    Hey Vern:

Congratulations on doing your Tune Up! Wonderful idea and it sounds as if it is going quite well for you. I’m so glad.

Saw your video yesterday evening: it is great! Very focused (also sharply focused) and to-the-point! No unnecessary verbiage and it contains all of the important information. Terrific.

This can and will be a very important video for many people! Live-giving, in fact.

By the way, the name in chemistry terms of your heated solution of baking soda is a “Supersaturated Solution.” A solution is supersaturated when, in cool water the same amount would leave some solid (as represented by either cloudiness or the solid chemical,)the chemical disappears into solution in warm or hot water and, in fact, additional chemical can be added before it begins to fall out of solution. This also holds true for other chemicals in other solvents, not just water and baking soda.

Thanks for the kind words Kevin. I appreciate them and you! What was I thinking? That Alkaline Tune Up was harder work than I remembered it to be. (grin!) It was good for me though. It got me even more in line with some of the questions that people ask me. Two years ago was a long time. Especially the diarrhea. Vern

    ¡Hi Vito!
Here`s my story, well it isn’t over and I would like to ask for your advice.
I got my PSA at 6,5 and went on treatment with an intravenous antibiotic each 12 hours for 7 days, and antibiotic oral for 20 days, my PSA came down to 3,92.
Two months later taking tamsulosin the PSA raised to 5,4.
Once more the doctor put me under treatment with an intravenous antibiotic each 12 hours for 7 days, and antibiotic oral for 20 days, my PSA came down to 4,98.
I live at Venezuela, here it is hard to get maple`s syrup, I bought some on the internet and made arrangements to pick it up at the occasion of a travel to Fort Lauderdale on Florida USA, but it did not arrive on time, so when I saw your video I decided to give it a try with the molasse.
I started with 1 tspn Baking soda + 1 tspn Molasse + 1 cup of water (days 1 and 2)
Days 1 and 2: Urine ph 6,5 saliva ph 7,0
I saw another video which recommended taking the soda treatment at night before going to bed to avoid that the muscles will demand the glucose and with it the baking soda and not the cancer cells. So I took it around 9 p.m. (2.5 hours after dinner at 6:30 p.m.). I also tried to rest the whole day doing the minimum physical activity possible.
    Days 3 and 4: 2 tspn Baking soda + 1 tspn Molasse + 1 cup of water
Days 2 and 3: Urine ph 7,0 saliva ph 6,5
    Days 5 and 6: 2 tspn Baking soda + 1 tspn Molasse + 1 cup of water twice daily, 4:00 p.m, 9:00 p.m.
Day 5 urine ph 8,0 saliva ph 6,5
Day 6 urine ph 7,5 saliva ph 6,5
    Days 7,8,9,10,11,12: 3 tspn Baking soda + 1 tspn Molasse + 1 cup of water twice daily, 4:00 p.m, 9:00 p.m.
Day 7 urine ph 8,0 saliva ph 6,5
Day 8 urine ph 8,0 saliva ph 7,0
Day 9 urine ph 8,0 saliva ph 6,5
Day 10 urine ph 8,5 saliva ph 7,0
Day 11 urine ph 8,5 saliva ph 7,0
Day 12 urine ph 8,5 saliva ph 7,0
Day 13 took the blood sample for the PSA, the PSA 4,36
I am very disappointed by this result, please if you can, give me some advice.
    Best Regards,
