8:30am Saliva pH check time. The pH Stick came in at 7.0 to 7.25.  The paper strip reading was 7.2 to 7.4. Today I am moving to a next level of drinking baking soda molasses solutions. I am going to drink the solutions 3 times a day approximately 8 hours apart. Starting now.

8:31am Easing into 3 times daily consumptions. First dose is 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, 1 teaspoon molasses, mixed into 1 cup of warm to hot water. New mixing procedure too – this second part of the mixing procedure will be in warm water. Warm enough that when I put the baking soda into the water it will dissolve. The water will look clear. I then add the molasses, let it cool enough to drink, and then drink it.

This heating the water procedure has been recommended by Don Porter’s successful protocol as well as others. Porter is another who used baking soda to raise his body’s alkalinity to reclaim his health, The deadly cancer crab is not so deadly now, is it?

By the way. . . I burped after drinking this ‘clear’ solution (grin). . .

What I am doing today is working my way to 2 teaspoons of baking soda on the last solution later tonight. So next one around 4pm will be 1 3/4 teaspoons of baking soda.

Bear in mind, this is what I am doing now. I can adjust anytime. I always listen to my body. Even though some of my baking soda ingesting symptoms may be uncomfortable, like a little headache and a little diarrhea, I feel good about it. I was especially fine with it when I did this the first time over 2 years ago. Death wanted to be my partner. It feels very very good to be alive.

4:15pm Getting solution ready. Again after heating one cup of water in a pan, I added baking soda and stirred until the water got clear. That clearing only takes a few seconds or so. I stirred in the molasses and then let it cool until drinkable. While it is cooling it is a good time to check my pH. I did, but I licked the spoon that I stirred the heated baking soda solution with, and when I checked my pH it was high (8.0), so I discounted this pH check.

11:15pm Heating 1 cup of water and adding 2 teaspoons of baking soda. Once clear, I will add 1 teaspoon of molasses, let cool, and drink. I took about a minute to heat water in the pan for baking soda to dissolve. I have a gas range.

11:20pm Saliva pH on pH Stick is a little above 7.5. It is close to 7.6 on the paper strip.  Seems to be holding steadier in the higher pH range. Time will tell.

11:37pm Drank prepared solution made at 11:15. I burped again!

I am discovering that it is easy to forget to do the Breathing. If it is easy for me to forget, then it must be easy for others also. So this is a reminder to mySelf and to others, to DO THE BREATHING! It is important to take charge of ones’ Self. Don’t just take the baking soda like it is a pill or something and then say, “Ok baking soda, do your magic. You don’t need me.” Well, yes it does need you. It needs you and it needs me to do the breathing. Don Porter used breathing in his protocol and he is a very happy man. I did the PTR BReathing when I got hit again by more in depth xrays, and I ended up a very happy man. So. . . do the Breathing. Seriously, I am writing this for mySelf, and telling mySelf to do the Breathing.

Use either the PTR Breathing or DJP Breathing. I find that using them both to be very helpful (thanks Don). If I am having a challenge plugging into my PTR Breathing, then I simply start out on doing Don’s 30xDeep Breaths. I can stay with the 30x’s and do several reps, but I usually find mySelf moving over to the PTR after the first 20 or 30 breaths. That is what works for me.

    Congratulations on doing your Tune Up! Wonderful idea and it sounds as if it is going quite well for you. I’m so glad.

    Saw your video yesterday evening: it is great! Very focused (also sharply focused) and to-the-point! No unnecessary verbiage and it contains all of the important information. Terrific.

    This can and will be a very important video for many people! Live-giving, in fact.

    By the way, the name in chemistry terms of your heated solution of baking soda is a “Supersaturated Solution.” A solution is supersaturated when, in cool water the same amount would leave some solid (as represented by either cloudiness or the solid chemical,)the chemical disappears into solution in warm or hot water and, in fact, additional chemical can be added before it begins to fall out of solution. This also holds true for other chemicals in other solvents, not just water and baking soda.
