3rd Day: This morning I woke up at 6:45 and laid in bed doing 10 minutes of deep breathing. Got up did bathroom stuff, then returned to bed to continue breathing. I started doing the 30x breaths, but barely made it to 10 nice deep breaths when I settled into PTR Breathing. If you are checking PTR Breathing also check FAQ.
35 minutes of PTR Breathing brought about relaxation around the pelvic area, the legs, and the area around the eyes. These are areas where I generally hold tension, so it felt very good. As a matter of fact, I have been working on learning to love the feeling of relaxation. Believe me, I was getting relaxed – not a deep relaxation, but certainly noticeable. My legs started twitching a little bit, and I was on the verge of itching.
My saliva pH on the ph Stik measured between 7.0 and 7.25. Double checked pH with a different brand and style. Used a paper strip. It measured 7.2.
Debating about going 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda twice a day versus 1 teaspoons baking soda 3 times a day. Not sure if it matters, but I will decide. Which brings me to another subject – How does a person when they are on their own decide what to do? It is an interesting topic that we will talk about someday. It would be interesting to get some feedback on that subject.
8:00 am and I decided to go 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda with 1 teaspoon molasses in a cup of water twice a day. Thought I would change it up a bit and try warm water from the tap. Did it and it actually went down easier. Good to know!
1:10 laid down and did 20 minutes of PTR Breathing. After the first 10 minutes I started relaxing. Not that I wasn’t relaxed, but the breathing puts me into a different deeper relaxation. After the first 10 minutes of PTRing my lips started tingling just a bit and I became very relaxed.
3;45 Did a video production of me showing how to mix the baking soda, molasses, and water. Of course, I drank the solution on the first take, and wouldn’t you know that the second take is the one we chose to publish to YouTube and here. I wasn’t about to drink more bs solution (grin). Anyway, that also was the 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda.
6:30 pm pH test with stix was between 7. 0 and 7.25. Paper strip should between 7.4 and 7.6.
11:45pm pH test with stix was 7.5. Paper strip was between 7.4 and 7.6.
